Returns
At We Love Cotton LLC, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable. Refunds may take several business days to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@welovecotton.com to initiate the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with a description and photo of the issue. We will promptly assist you with a replacement or refund.
